The SME Goes Digital Challenge is an integral part of the DIGIFABS project. Each HEI partner organises its participating students into teams, and each team is aligned with a particular SME to address a specific digital transformation challenge. We were delighted to get the report below from some of the students at AUAS, updating us on their project.
“As part of the DIGIFABS project, our team had the opportunity to visit Good Jamu, a wellness-driven beverage startup rooted in Indonesian tradition and based here in Amsterdam.
The visit gave us valuable insight into their operations, the digital tools they rely on, and the real challenges they face as they prepare to scale. From CRM gaps to scattered data across e-commerce and outreach platforms, it was clear how critical digital integration is for modern SMEs.
We discussed potential directions, from workflow automation to centralised dashboards, and gained a much better understanding of their vision and ambitions.
Grateful to Milad for his openness and time, and to the DIGIFABS initiative for making these meaningful collaborations possible.
Stay tuned as we continue to explore digital prototypes tailored for real-world impact.”
