The third issue of the DIGIFABS ezine includes reports on several events where the project team have been presenting project results and information. These include the IVI summit in Maynooth University, Ireland and the UIIN Conference in Amsterdam and a regional stakeholder meeting at the BIA Innovator Campus in Galway, Ireland. You can also read about our recent online bootcamps and learn about emerging technologies and digital tools and their role in F & B digital transformation.
In our second issue we continue to update you on project progress. The research and investigation phase of the project has been completed, with the three published results available to download on our website. Planning is underway for the online Bootcamps and the International Summer School, while some Partners introduce themselves, their work and the challenges they are addressing in their particular area.
We are delighted to launch the DIGIFABS ezine, the first in a series of bi-annual digital bulletins that will provide updates on the work of the project. In our first issue, we invite you to learn about the project objectives and the need to which it responds. We also report on the project kick-off meeting, and research carried out to date and introduce some of the consortium partners.
